That’s why we are absolutely thrilled to introduce the newest member of our crew: Robin Rivera, our new Quality Assurance and Control Manager.
Robin comes to us with over 40 years of experience, but if you ask anyone who knows him, his resume isn’t even the best part about him. What really makes Robin special is his generosity with what he knows. Throughout his career, he’s built a reputation for leading by example, mentoring the next generation of electricians, and genuinely investing in the people around him. He doesn’t just check boxes; he lifts everyone up.

40+ Years of Electrical Expertise & Local Service
Throughout his career, Robin has developed an impressive understanding of electrical systems, building codes, safety standards, inspections, and quality assurance. His extensive background makes it easy for him to identify opportunities for improvement while helping ensure every project is completed with the utmost care and professionalism.
Before joining the Freshwater & Son’s team, Robin served as the Chief Electrical Plan Reviewer and Inspector for the Town of Palm Beach, as well as several municipalities throughout Broward County. That local background means he knows exactly what inspectors look for and he knows the unique quirks of South Florida building needs.
Leadership in the Electrical Industry
Robin’s credentials shows us a professional who’s spent their entire career pursuing excellence. As a State of Florida Licensed Electrical Contractor (EC), Plans Examiner, and Electrical Inspector, Robin has dedicated decades to mastering every aspect of the electrical industry. These aren’t titles that are earned immediately. They represent years of hands-on experience.
But his passion for advancing the industry goes far beyond the job site. Robin proudly serves as a Governing Board Member for IAPMO NRTL and is a UL Technical Evaluator. What makes these accomplishments even more meaningful is the respect they’ve earned him among his peers.
A Genuine Passion for Service
As our Quality Assurance and Control Manager, Robin is passionate about building stronger electricians, stronger teams, and better customer experiences by investing in the people behind every project. But that people-first mindset doesn’t just happen from 9-5.
Outside of work, he enjoys volunteering at his local church, spending time with family and friends, and hitting the golf course whenever he gets the chance. It’s his people-first focus that shapes the way he leads and makes him a great addition for our team.
